Keep creates and sells handcrafted, made-to-order products. Each product is prepared specifically for the customer and may involve customization based on the information, references, or specifications provided at the time of ordering.

is owned by or licensed to Keep and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially use any Keep content, designs, models, or other intellectual property without prior written permission from Keep.

Purchasing a physical product from Keep does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, 3D model, artwork, or intellectual property to the customer.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, minor variations may occur between the product shown on the website and the final physical product.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

5. Product Manufacturing

Keep products are designed and manufactured by Keep and are produced according to our standard product designs, specifications, and manufacturing processes.

Our products may be manufactured in batches, and minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur between individual products. Such variations may result from the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product images, dimensions, colours, and other specifications displayed on our website are provided for reference. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate, the final product may have minor differences from the images shown on the website.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to our manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, packaging, or product specifications where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially alter the product purchased by the customer.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted by Keep.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product availability issues
Pricing or listing errors
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Technical errors
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before production or fulfilment of an order begins, unless otherwise agreed by Keep.

Keep reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or checkout errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you regarding the order or cancel it and provide an applicable refund.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

You may request changes to an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Approval of any change is subject to Keep's discretion and production status.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Any approved cancellation, refund, or adjustment will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5–10 days from the date of purchase, depending on the destination and the warehouse handling the order.

Keep ships from warehouses located in Chennai and Bangalore.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the destination and the courier service.

Shipping information, tracking details, and applicable shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Keep is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are made-to-order, returns are not automatically accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you receive a broken, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you must contact Keep and provide the required proof.

The available resolution may vary depending on factors such as the order quantity, product size, nature of the issue, and other circumstances of the order.

11. Customer-Provided Content and Information

If you provide photographs, images, videos, references, designs, text, or other materials to Keep for the purpose of fulfilling an order or communicating with us, you confirm that you have the right to provide those materials.

You agree that providing such materials does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

Keep may use customer-provided materials solely as reasonably necessary to fulfil the customer's order, provide customer support, verify claims, or operate our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Providing accurate customization details and references.
Reviewing your order information before completing payment.
Keeping your order and account information secure.
Providing any required information within a reasonable timeframe.
